MyJudo App Privacy Policy

The MyJudo app ("the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

  • Information provided through Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or Email (name, email address)
  • User-set nickname

1.2 Judo Training Data

  • Technique proficiency levels and practice history
  • Practice logs, themes, and memos
  • Custom technique data
  • Tournament results and opponent research notes
  • Goals and training plan preferences

1.3 Body & Health Data

  • Weight, height, and body condition records
  • Meal photos and calorie tracking data
  • Exercise and gym training records

1.4 Media Data

  • Judo videos uploaded for technique analysis
  • Photos taken for meal calorie estimation

1.5 Usage & Technical Data

  • App usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics, anonymized)
  • Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)
  • Purchase and subscription status events (via RevenueCat)
  • Device identifiers (anonymized)
  • Website usage events on myjudoapp.com (via Google Analytics 4)

2. How We Use Information

  • Providing core app functionality
  • Cloud synchronization of user data
  • App improvement and bug fixes
  • Providing personalized AI coaching features (with explicit user consent)

3. Information Sharing

The App does not share personal information with third parties except:

  • Supabase: For data storage and user authentication
  • Google LLC (Gemini API): For AI Coach features (see Section 3.1 below)
  • Firebase: For analytics and crash reporting (anonymized data only)
  • RevenueCat: For purchase validation and subscription status management
  • Google Analytics 4: For website analytics on myjudoapp.com
  • When legally required

3.1 AI Data Sharing — Third-Party AI Service

The App uses Google Gemini API, operated by Google LLC, to provide personalized AI coaching features. No data is sent to the AI service without your explicit consent.

  • Technique proficiency levels & practice history
  • Practice themes, priorities & memos
  • Weight, height & body condition data
  • Meal photos (for calorie estimation)
  • Judo video frames (for technique analysis)
  • Tournament results & opponent notes
  • Goals & training plan preferences
  • Your questions and messages to AI Sensei

How Data Is Processed

  • Data is processed to provide the requested AI response and handled according to Google's applicable Generative AI terms
  • Your data is not used by Judo AI for advertising or resale
  • Data is protected under Google's Generative AI Terms of Service

Your Consent

  • The App requests explicit consent before any data is sent to the AI service
  • You can withdraw consent at any time via Settings → AI Data Sharing
  • If consent is withdrawn, AI features will be disabled but all other app features continue to work

4. Data Storage and Protection

  • All data is transmitted through encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Stored in Supabase's secure database
  • Authentication uses industry-standard security (Apple Sign In, Google Sign In)

5. User Rights

  • Right to Access: View your data within the app
  • Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Right to Deletion: Delete your account and all data via Settings
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke AI data sharing consent at any time
  • Data Portability: Request export of your data

To delete your account, use Settings → Account → Delete Account, or contact us at myjudo@googlegroups.com.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The App uses UserDefaults for local settings, Firebase Analytics for app usage statistics, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Google Analytics 4 for website usage analytics. Judo AI does not sell personal information or use your judo training data for advertising.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the app.

MyJudoアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報、その使用方法、および保護方法について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 アカウント情報

1.5 利用状況・技術データ

  • アプリの使用統計（Firebase Analytics経由、匿名化）
  • クラッシュレポート（Firebase Crashlytics経由）
  • 購入およびサブスクリプション状態に関するイベント（RevenueCat経由）
  • デバイス識別子（匿名化）
  • myjudoapp.com上のWebサイト利用状況（Google Analytics 4経由）

2. 情報の使用目的

  • アプリの基本機能の提供
  • ユーザーデータのクラウド同期
  • アプリの改善とバグ修正
  • パーソナライズされたAIコーチング機能の提供（ユーザーの明示的な同意が必要）

3. 情報の共有

本アプリは、以下の場合を除き、第三者に個人情報を共有しません：

  • Supabase: データストレージとユーザー認証のため

3.1 AIデータ共有 — 第三者AIサービス

データの処理について

  • データはAI応答を提供するために処理され、Googleの適用される生成AI利用規約に従って取り扱われます
  • Judo AIは、ユーザーの柔道データを広告や販売目的で利用しません
  • データはGoogleの生成AI利用規約に基づいて保護されます

ユーザーの同意

  • AIサービスにデータを送信する前に、明示的な同意を求めます
  • 設定 → AIデータ共有から、いつでも同意を取り消すことができます
  • 同意を取り消した場合、AI機能は無効になりますが、その他のアプリ機能は引き続き利用可能です

4. データの保存と保護

  • すべてのデータは暗号化された接続（HTTPS/TLS）で送信されます
  • Supabaseのセキュアなデータベースに保管されます
  • 業界標準のセキュリティ（Apple Sign In、Google Sign In）を使用

5. ユーザーの権利

  • アクセス権: アプリ内でデータを閲覧する権利
  • 修正権: 不正確なデータを修正する権利
  • 削除権: 設定からアカウントとデータを削除する権利
  • 同意撤回権: AIデータ共有の同意をいつでも取り消す権利
  • データポータビリティ: データのエクスポートを要求する権利

アカウントの削除は、設定 → アカウント → アカウント削除から実施、または myjudo@googlegroups.com までご連絡ください。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満のユーザーから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. クッキーとトラッキング

本アプリはUserDefaultsをアプリ設定に、Firebase Analyticsをアプリ利用状況の把握に、RevenueCatをサブスクリプション管理に、Google Analytics 4をWebサイト利用状況の把握に使用します。Judo AIは個人情報を販売せず、柔道トレーニングデータを広告目的で利用しません。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される可能性があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。
