1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Judo AI mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Judo AI is a personal training companion designed to help Judo practitioners ("Judoka") track techniques, record practice sessions, and monitor skill progression through features including a technique library, practice logging, and AI-powered assistance ("AI Sensei").
3. Health and Safety Warning
Judo is a high-risk combat sport involving physical contact, throws, and joint locks.
- The App and "AI Sensei" provide information for educational purposes only.
- AI-generated advice may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your skill level.
- You must always prioritize the instructions of a qualified physical coach (Sensei).
- Never attempt new techniques without professional supervision.
- By using this App, you acknowledge that you assume all risks of injury or death associated with your physical practice.
4. User Accounts and Authentication
To access certain features, you must authenticate via Google or Apple.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your third-party credentials.
- Guest Access: Data in "Guest" mode may be lost if the App is uninstalled or cache is cleared.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Certain features require a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewable subscription. The products, prices, and trial availability shown on the App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase control.
- Payment: For a purchase without a trial, your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Free Trial: The Yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial when displayed on the purchase screen. The Monthly subscription does not include a free trial. Eligibility and availability may vary by storefront or Apple ID account.
- Trial Conversion: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the Yearly subscription begins and your Apple ID account is charged the price shown on the purchase screen.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate.
- Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its original content, code, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of the Judo AI development team.
7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any data or notes you enter. You grant Judo AI a license to process this content (via Supabase and Google Gemini API) solely to provide and improve the services. AI-powered features require your explicit consent.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, unauthorized advertising, or impersonation of others.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content or the continuous availability of the service. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Judo AI and its developer shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, loss of profits, or data loss. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months prior to the event.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

- プラン: 月額プランと年額プランがあります。購入時にApp Storeの購入画面へ表示される商品、価格、無料体験の有無が適用されます。
- お支払い: 無料体験がない場合、購入確定時にApple IDアカウントへ請求されます。

- 自動更新: 期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新・課金されます。
- 管理: 購入後、Apple IDのアカウント設定からいつでも自動更新の停止・管理が可能です。
免責事項と安全について
- 柔道の危険性: 柔道は重大な怪我のリスクを伴うスポーツです。本アプリおよびAI先生の情報は補助的な教育用ツールであり、怪我や事故について開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
- 指導者の優先: 必ず実際の指導者（先生）の指示を優先し、独断で新しい技を試さないでください。
- AIの精度: AIは誤った情報を生成する可能性があります。ご利用は自己責任でお願いいたします。
準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
